Description
PSA nitrogen generator is to purify and dry the compressed air under the action of pressure swing adsorption, pressure adsorption and pressure desorption. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen molecules in air is much higher than that of oxygen molecules in zeolite. When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, the oxygen in the gas phase is absorbed by the abdominal muscles to form finished oxygen, and then decompressed to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs impurities such as nitrogen to achieve regeneration. There are generally two adsorption towers in the system, one for oxygen production and the other for desorption regeneration. The PLC program controller is used to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, so that the two towers are alternately circulated to realize the continuous production of high-quality oxygen.
